Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.

Delivery Costs
Delivery charges are subject to weight and are specified in your shopping cart, these will be displayed prior to you submitting your order.  
We hope to process your order and have it posted to you between 2 to 5 working days (although we aim to post within 2 days).  However if stock is not available there may be a potential delay and we will keep you informed. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order. 

Force Majeure
Tractor Parts Ireland shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Cancellation of Orders 

You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by emailing hello@tractorpartsireland.ie, or by phoning us on +353719162871. 

Damaged Goods
If your goods are damaged we must be notifed 24 hours from delivery.

Returns

We make every effort to describe and display goods and products in great detail. However, if you feel your purchase is not suitable we will accept it back providing it is in the original packaging and fit for re-sale. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. For your protection and convenience we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. All items you wish to return have to be received by us within 10 days of your receipt of delivery. Please note that all relevant packing slips and other documents should accompany the product on its return to Tractor Parts Ireland. A 30% restocking fee will apply to your return.  Once this procedure has been adhered to and the goods are returned in their original packaging and fit for re-sale, you will then receive a refund.
Please contact us on Hello@tractorpartsireland.ie or by calling +353 7191 62871 so advise us of your return, this way we can issue your refund as soon as we receive your parts in the conditions mentioned above.  Please note, refunds can take anywhere from 3-5 days to return to your account.

All Genuine Tractor Parts are covered by a 12 month manufacturers warranty.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge. 
This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.
